Walk Innovation - The Perfect Balance of Body and Mind

  Walk Innovation is a process that we have been developing that involves harnessing energy through walking, leaving participants feeling happier and more energised. It teaches you how to develop core communication skills and have fun doing it. Additionally, it offers numerous health benefits - a side-effect of feeling great.

  It brings together communities and connects people who can help and support each other, making it an excellent and informal networking event.

  It is a unique and amazingly effective method of nurturing skills and insight into how to be happy.

  It is a great way to help others and grow through this active, grounding and enjoyable process. It's easy, healthy, natural and fun.

  Walk Innovation's goal is to bring people together in local communities. Through this you can synergise your skills, help yourself through helping others to be happier. When people connect they get amazing results.

  All sessions involve a pre-walk explanation and a post walk debrief – where light will be thrown upon issues relating to the personal and overall process experienced by the participants
